Slept out in the woods last night. It was warm and very special - no tent required. The half moon rose and descended early leaving a wonderful starry sky. We only saw a few of the Perseids though. You can't beat starting the day early in the woods with a cup of tea ☕

I just wanted a field to sit in. I'm so pleased I could wander out of my flat and out of town without encountering too many roads and buildings and found a field full of Downland wildflowers and butterflies.
